Blue Nile Handmade Perfume Balm

I love Blue Nile, and I'm not usually a fan of florals. A medley of scents, Blue Nile most notably features Lotus as one of it's strong notes, but has the clean scent of fresh water as it's strongest note - it makes me think, naturally, of lotus blossoms, blooming in the early morning sun in a clean, slowly running stream.
