About Our Return Policy
The nature of our products do not lend themselves to returns, for sanitary reasons. In order to assure that we never get previously used soaps or lotions mixed with new product to be sold, we will not accept returns of used products. If you are dissatisfied with your products, you will be instructed to discard the remainder of the product, and store credit will be applied to your account.
Should a refund be requested due to an error on our part (something not shipped, wrong item shipped, product has "expired" or gone rancid during delivery, as preservative free products sometimes can,) a full cash refund will be returned to you or credited to your charge account, depending up on your method of payment.
